Postage and Packing
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail.
Our standard postage and packing is free for all UK orders over £25.
For in-stock items we aim to dispatch within 2 working days.
Please allow extra days for delivery during periods of industrial action and just before Christmas.
We will ship your order to most European countries. Your order will be shipped within 10 working days. If your order cannot be shipped as a small packet, then we will contact you before shipping.

Web by Numbers Ltd does not disclose any buyer's information to third parties. The only cookies used on this site are to remember your username for your next visit (user selectable) and one to hold your shopping cart identification. We do not use internal cookies to track visits or use 3rd party advertising cookies.
Sensitive information (such as credit-card numbers) are not requested or stored on this site but are handled by our Payment Service Provider, Braintree.
We will keep the information about you and your purchases for as long as you remain our customer. You can remove your email address from our mailing list by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns & Replacements
The three types of returns are:
- Cancellation of order within 14 days of receipt of items
- Exchange of an item for a different size or style
- Returns due to a fault with the item
Items should be returned (with the product packaging) in a condition that would enable us to re-sell it.
To return an item to us, please include your:
- Order number
- Full name
- and state if refund or exchange is required
Please wrap the item securely and send it to the address below. Proof of postage should be retained.

An item must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund to be issued. A refund excluding P&P will be made.
An item that was faulty or damaged will, if possible, be replaced, unless the customer wants to cancel the order.
Return postage is not paid unless the item was defective when it was delivered or if you return an item due to an error made on our part.
